The Stainless Steel MegPie™ is a single-wafer megasonic transducer for cleaning and sonochemical processes not requiring strong acids or bases. The Stainless Steel MegPie brings the performance of other MegPie assemblies in a housing that can be grounded for use with flammable chemistries.
