Compact, Low Pressure UHP Diaphragm Valves
The TD series features standard 5Ra surface finish and chromium-enriched surface finish from proprietary electropolishing. Designed to exceed stringent semiconductor industry requirements.
- Compatible with 1.125 inch C-SEAL (Surface Mount type).
- Compact actuator suitable for fine line pitches.
- Manual valves: 90° open/close with lock key option.
- High Cv value: 0.3.
- Chrome rich surface (Cr/Fe>2.0).

RD Series: High-Pressure Diaphragm Valve
Compact Design with High Reliability
A high-pressure valve designed for modern needs with reduced torque and improved durability. Features a simple and compact piping system using an automatic valve with a slim cylinder shape.
- Manual: Resin-coated handle for smooth operation, large window hole for OPEN/CLOSE visibility.
- Pneumatic: Cylinder-shaped actuator with minimal line pitch. Patented wedge-toggle structure ensures operation under high surge pressure.

KD Series Family
Diverse product family for low pressure, conventional diaphragm valves ranging in size from 1/8 to 3/4 inch. Available in single vs double melt 316L material.
Low Pressure, High Flow Configuration
- Reduced inner capacity: 1.2cm3 (KD 1/4 inch).
- Minimal seat volume: 0.066cm3.
- Increased seal surface: 3.5 times more to prevent internal leakage.
- Diaphragm: Cobalt alloy 500 series for high corrosion resistance.
- Cycle Life: Pneumatic 2 million repeats.
Low Pressure, Metal Seat
- Can be used at 250°C.
- Replaces existing shaft seal bellows with KITZ SCT’s unique mechanism.
- Max working temp: -10~250°C.
- Cycle life: 50,000 repeats.
Low Pressure, High Speed
- High-speed actuation: Less than 5ms (with electric actuator + controller).
- Optional heater (hot shell) extends temp rating to 150°C.
- Gate time: <10ms.
- Cycle life: 2 million plus.
